I’ve worked in customer service and administration for over a decade. During the start of the pandemic, I decided to transfer my skills to help online businesses succeed through those unprecedented times. I started as a Virtual Assistant and have increased my knowledge by taking courses on Human Resources, Managerial Accounting and Online Business Management.
I’ve provided operation and project management for 6-7 figure businesses that work with companies like Rogers, RBC, McKinsey and government organizations.
I'm a very organized person with a passion for managing projects and great at following up. I’m the person in my friend group that creates itineraries just for fun. I also have a creative side & enjoy editing podcasts & working on creative projects. I love learning and am always expanding my list of services.
